Scallion Pancakes


  • 3 cup  Water

  • 2 cup Flour

  • salt

  • Bunch of Green Onion/ Scallion

  • red pepper flakes to taste


  • Mix well and pour a thin layer on a hot skillet or griddle and cook as you would pancakes.

These should be paired with the Ginger Dipping Sauce.
