Salisbury Steak

This goes great with any gravy really the three main types are mushroom, onion and regular beef gravy. Makes for a filling and satisfying meal. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable to balance this meal out.

Mushroom is my favorite.


  • 2 lbs Ground Beef

  • 1/3 cup Chopped Onion

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire’s Sauce

  • 1 tsp Parsley

  • 1 tsp Salt and Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper


  • Combine well and make into patties.
  • Cook until almost done then remove from pan.
  • Make your favored gravy, mines mushroom gravy, finish off the patties by simmering them in the gravy.
