Ramen Noodle Dough


3/4 cup Flour (extra for rolling)

1 Egg

3/4 tsp Salt

1 Tbs Water


Mix dry ingredients, make a well then add in wet. Knead for 8-10 mins let rest for 30 minutes in the summer and 2 hours in the winter. Roll out thinly sprinkle with flour fold then cut into thin noodles.
