
Ingredients
1 orange per leg
Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 1 orange
1 tbs balsamic vin per leg
1 tbs olive oil per orange
Chunks of ginger
Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Carefull pierce the skin of the leg with a knife making sure not to pierce the meat.
- Pour mixture over the legs
- Bake at 325°f for 90 minutes
