Orange Duck Legs


  • 1 orange per leg

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • Juice of 1 orange

  • 1 tbs balsamic vin per leg

  • 1 tbs olive oil per orange

  • Chunks of ginger

  • Salt and Pepper


  • Carefull pierce the skin of the leg with a knife making sure not to pierce the meat.
  • Pour mixture over the legs
  • Bake at 325°f for 90 minutes
