Keto Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
  • 1/4 Cup Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cucumber
  • 1/4 Avocado, Chopped
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 to 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all of the above ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your toppings of choice
