
Ingredients
1 Tbs Keto approved Mayonnaise
1 Egg
1 tsp Water or Almond Milk
¼ tsp Baking Powder
3 Tbs Almond or Coconut Flour
Dash of Salt
Directions
Mix well and let rest for while you wait for your waffle maker to heat up. This recipe is great for making sandwiches out of the waffles. I find that you might need to add more liquid to the almond flour since it absorbs more liquid.
