Curry Spiced Pumpkin Wedges

1 small pumpkin

2 tsp peanut oil

2 ½ tsp curry powder

¼ tsp Garam Marsala

Cut pumpkin into 2-6 wedges removing the seeds brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoning on both sides bake at 180°c 30-45 mins or until fork tender.
