
I love this recipe because it converts to gluten free so well no need to add xanthan gum. You can glaze the top like in the photo or glaze the whole donut like Dunkin Donuts does. I sometimes get donut cravings and this solves that with a dose of chocolate.
Ingredients
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Poweder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
6 Tbs Sour Cream
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- Glaze
1 1/2 cup Powder Sugar
1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Pre heat the oven to 375°F
- Mix all the wet ingredients then add the dry mixing well.
- Bake for 8 minutes or untill the tops spring back when lightly tapped.
