
Ingredients
2 Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
1/2 cup Water
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Apple Juice
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Cider vinegar
1 tsp Garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
Coat a large skillet with olive oil and heat on medium-high. Add the chicken and season with salt & pepper. Stir and cook until lightly browned,
then remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add remaining ingredients, whisking until blended and dissolved. Add the chicken back in, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes uncovered. Serve over rice, this makes about 3 servings.
