I usually make this recipe gluten free but it works just as well for regular wheat flour just leave out the xanthan. This is one of my favorite recipes and it goes great with tea or coffee. They are amazing when still warm.
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 ¾ c flour (gf)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp xanthan
½ c butter
1/3 c cream or yogurt
- Mix until barely combined.
- On a baking paper lined sheet pan form a circle out of the dough then cut into tryangles leave them touching.
- Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes
